Russian version here
One of the main activities of the Helsinki House in Moscow is to provide services to Finnish and other Western companies which are planning to enter the Russian market. The customer can also get information about Finnish markets and business opportunities from the Moscow representative.
Besides offices, the Helsinki House also contains fully equipped working spaces . These are mainly for use by small and medium-sized Finnish firms which do not necessarily operate in Russia but which want to test their potential, and by all those engaged in initial market investigation, in finding potential clients and partners, or in exploring opportunities for future activity. The Helsinki House provides working-spaces equipped with furniture and telephones.
Many of Finland’s best-known companies have launched their Russian operations from the Helsinki House. These companies represent a variety of sectors: Fazer Chocolates, Primalco and Saarioinen in the food and drink industry; the Area travel agency; the Scanrapid transport company; Asko Furniture, Fenestra, Onninen and Upofloor in the construction and interior design industry; and Finnwear in the textile industry. Current tenants of the Helsinki House include a wide range of companies, including Evata architects office, Forssan Kirjapaino printers, the chemicals company Oiltanking Sonmarin and the cosmetics company Noiro.
